Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• A valid proof of purchase is provided (e.g., Official Receipt, Sales Invoice);
• The item is returned in its original condition — unused, unaltered, and unworn;
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be fully intact and included;
• Return is due to a manufacturing defect or fault;

Each return request will be reviewed and assessed to ensure it meets the conditions stated above. Please note that change of mind does not qualify for a return. If a return request is deemed valid, further details will be provided to you via e-mail.
